Formed in 2007, Serenity Venture Partners is a family owned firm made up of seasoned, experienced leaders who are passionate about creating and growing businesses. We have a broad background of investment and operating experiences, having worked extensively with companies ranging in size from start-ups to over a billion dollar in revenue. With experiences gained at one of the largest Venture Capital Firms in Southern California, we have analyzed hundreds of potential investments as well as helped existing portfolio companies plan and achieve strategic business goals resulting in substantial exits.
Additionally, Serenity Venture Partners brings a deep Investment Banking expertise, having worked with both public and private companies in all facets of corporate finance and executing over $626 million of mergers and acquisitions advisory assignments and over $2 billion of capital raising transactions. As operators ourselves, we have personally raised over $2M of Angel Capital and over $10M of institutional Venture Capital.
